Case report

A G1P0 with unremarkable medical history and normal first and second trimester sonography presented to our department at 35 weeks of gestation. We discovered micrognathia and unilateral left multicystic dysplastic kidney (60x40 mm). The right kidney and urinary bladder were normal. An amniocentesis was done and the karyotype was normal.

Postnatal examination confirmed unilateral multicystic dysplastic kidney. The creatinine level was normal.
