Case report

A 33-year old woman (G2P1) with unremarkable history was referred to our clinic for first trimester screening. 

Following images revealed findings of OEIS complex (Omphalocele, Extrophy of the cloaca, Imperforate anus and Spine abnormalities, with minimal pericardial effusion. The parents opted for termination of the pregnancy. Post-mortem karyotype result was trisomy 15. Her previous child is normal.
