This fetus had an examination at 10 weeks 6 days and a thin nuchal lucency was observed.

A repeat examination was performed at 11 weeks 4 days. The nuchal lucency had increased to 4 mm. A chorion villus biopsy was performed and the karyotype was trisomy 13. A 1.7 MB video-clip is available.
