Case report

Following images show a case of trisomy 13. The mother was a 33 years old (G3P2) with no remarkable history. She presented to our clinic very late at 39 weeks for delivery. Before delivery, ultrasonographic examination was done and found growth restricted fetus with microcephalia, holoprosencephaly, microphthalmia, arhinia, bilateral cleft lip and palate, and postaxial polydactyly of hands.
