Tetralogy of Fallot

Case report

A  27-year-old woman (G1P0) was sent to our office at 32 weeks and 4 days of gestation due to a suspicion of tetralogy of Fallot on an ultrasound exam at 28 weeks of pregnancy. Our ultrasound examination revealed the following findings and confirmed the diagnosis:

Images 1 and 2 : 2D and color Doppler images showing erimembranous ventricular septal defect and an overriding aorta over the left ventricle.
