Pyelectasis, bilateral and hydrocele

Case report

This is a 33-year-old woman with unremarkable history scanned at 41st week of gestational age. The ultrasound investigation revealed a left kidney"s pyelectasis and bilateral scrotal hydrocele. Here are some of the images we obtained.
