Case report

A 25-year-old patient (G2P1) presented at 15th week of pregnancy for routine ultrasound investigation. We found a large ventral wall defect, ectopia cordis, extruded abdominal content through the wall defect, and deformed spine . The findings were consistent with the pentalogy of Cantrell.
