This is a 26-year-old woman G1. Her triple test and ultrasound scan at 13 weeks was normal. At 21 weeks of gestation, the following abnormalities were noted:
1. Bilateral ventriculomegaly with normal vermis
2. Oligohydramnios
3. Absent gastric bubble
4. Bilateral hyperechoic kidneys with no corticomedullary differentiation
5. The urinary bladder was not visualized
6. Normal renal artery insertions were noted. There were 2 umbilical arteries and the spine was normal.
Bilateral ventriculomegaly with normal vermis
