Case report

A 26-year-old G1P4 woman from a non-consanguineous couple, was refererred to our center at 32 weeks due to a fetal abdominal cyst. Our ultrasonography revealed a female fetus with an enlarged left multicystic kidney with an absence of corticomedullary differentiation (Images 1, 2, 3, and 4). The urinary bladder was normal. At 34 weeks the cystic lesions slightly increased in size. Right kidney was normal and so was the amount of the amniotic fluid.

The neonate was delivered at 36 weeks (3200 g) and the findings were confirmed.
