Following images and videos show a case of Ebstein anomaly that was seen at 22 weeks of pregnancy. The mother was G2P1, her first child had died just after delivery in another hospital due to unspecified cardiac anomaly.

Her first trimester ultrasonographic examination was normal (nuchal translucency 1 mm, CRL 70 mm).

Our ultrasonographic examination revealed following findings:

- dilated right atrium with abnormal apical displacement of the tricuspid valve;
- tricuspid regurgitation;
- concordant outlet of the outflow tracts with stenosis of the pulmonary arteries.

Karyotype of the fetus was normal. 

The baby was delivered at 38 weeks in specialized center (CHU Necker Hospital, Paris). The diagnosis of the Ebstein anomaly was confirmed, but the baby died a few hours after delivery.
