Case report

The following images show a case of the dacryocystocele diagnosed at 30 weeks of a pregnancy.

Images 1, 2: 30 weeks; the image 1 demonstrates a transverse scan of the fetal face at the level of the fetal orbits with the dacryocystocele (arrow) localized in the left canthus. The image 2 demonstrates a fusion of the image 1 and a drawing explaining the position of the fetal head and location of the dacryocystocele (arrow).
