Cytomegalovirus infection

Case report

This is a 22-year-old woman (G1P0) seen at 35th week of pregnancy with cytomegalovirus infection. Our ultrasound investigation found multiple anomalies including ascites, hydrocephalus, polyhydramnios and placental enlargement.
