Case report

Following images show a case of cytomegaloviral infection of a 35 weeks old fetus diagnosed in our department which presented itself with the ascites, hydrocele, polyhydramnios and placental enlargement.

Images 3, 4. Polyhydramnios and placentomegaly was observed.
