Cystic hygroma, 16 weeks

Case report

The following images show a case of a cystic hygroma diagnosed at 15 weeks and 3 days old fetus of a 28-year-old woman with non-contributive history. The hygroma was accompanied by an ascites, pleural effusion and skin edema.

Images 1, 2, 3, and 4: 16 weeks; the images show coronal scans of the fetal neck with septate cystic hygroma. Skin edema is also present.
