Case report

The following images show a case of congenital lymphedema diagnosed at 16 weeks of pregnancy. During the first trimester scan normal thickness of the nuchal translucency and nasal bone were found, but deformity and edema of the right foot was found. The diagnosis was confirmed at 16 weeks. Fetal karyotype was normal (46XX). The parents opted for termination of the pregnancy and the diagnosis was confirmed by pathological studies.
