The following images show a case of an unilateral cleft lip diagnosed at 25 weeks old fetus of a 22-year-old mother with non-contributive history. No other anomaly was found. Karyotyping revealed normal karyotype (46,XX) and the course of the pregnancy was uneventful. The neonate was delivered at 38 weeks and its surgery is scheduled at six months.
