Case report:  A 39-year-old G31P2 woman was seen in our office at 20 and 30 weeks of her pregnancy. She had undergone amniocentesis with a diagnosis of trisomy 18, however parents opted for continuation of the pregnancy. The baby had lumbosacral meningomyelocele with consequent Arnold-Chiari malformation type II, overlapping fingers, intrauterine growth restriction, and following cardiac anomaly:

We present a case of common arterial trunk (truncus arteriosus communis) - Collett-Edwards type IV.
