Anencephaly and cleft lip

This is a 28-year-old woman with unremarkable history scanned at 23rd week of gestational age. The ultrasound investigation revealed anencephaly combined with a median cleft lip, and hypotelorism. This suggests that the fetus had alobar holoprosencephaly and anencephaly. Here are some of the images we obtained.
