Case report

This are two cases of allantoic cyst diagnosed during the ultrasound exam at 8 weeks of gestation. Both pregnancies were otherwise uncomplicated with favorable outcome.

Case 1

Images 3-5: 3D-images of the fetus and the umbilical cord. The allantoic cyst is nicely visible and looks like a dark cyst within the umbilical cord.
