Case report
This is the first pregnancy of a 27-year-old woman. At 33 weeks an anechoic structure above the left kidney was noticed. All prior ultrasound exams were normal. A diagnosis of left adrenal hemorrhage was suspected and confirmed after birth. The baby was delivered at term via cesarean section and the post natal evolution was good with resolution of the hemorrhage after 2 months.
